At Lake Ozark Vacation Destinations, Full-Service property management means you don’t have to worry about anything! We take care of it all from cleaning to propane re-fills to stocking supplies and we even handle maintenance and repairs. We either do it ourselves, or manage the service from reputable lake area businesses. Finally, we track your expenses for tax deduction reporting.
Our Property Management service begins with a personal consultation. We will meet with you in person or via phone conference to ensure we completely understand your goals and expectations. We’ll even address your insurance, legal, security, and tax concerns. We, of course, also ensure your property is available when you, your family and friends intend to be at the lake!
Next, we’ll conduct a property assessment to ensure your property is ready for rental – and most importantly to host satisfied guests. We will identify any additional needs while also looking out for your personal belongings. In short, we’ll let you know what you need to include – and what you may not want to include with your rental property.
After your home or condominium is prepared, we will stage your property and take photographs to use in our expansive advertising. We also create a video to ensure we highlight the features and benefits specific to your property.
