Wonderful girls weekend at the Lake. Condo was everything we could have asked for. A beautiful property, very clean and excellently maintained. Awesome view and nice location. Owner was more than helpful with everything. We will be returning in the future. Thanks.
As soon as we walked in the door we knew this was going to be a great stay for our family. Such a clean and inviting place to stay. I definitely would recommend this place to any of my friends. We are considering coming back to the Lake next year – guess where we will stay again? By the way the towels are wonderful!!!
This was our first time staying in this condo and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Everything was very clean and anything we needed was there. We were very close to the outlet for shopping and the kids enjoyed playing the board games and puzzles that were provided. Our only regret was that we came in December and it was too cold to enjoy the lake. The view was beautiful, though. We would love to come back next summer. Thanks for a great weekend.
This was our 4th annual girls’ shopping trip at the Lake. We had never stayed in this condo before; we absolutely loved it! It was so comfortable and only a short way from the parking lot. We just regretted not being able to stay longer!!
We’ve stayed at the lake 5 different times and stayed at 5 different locations. This was by far the best condo that we’ve stayed in. Our family had enough room with 12 people staying there. The deck had enough spots for everyone to all sit out and enjoy the view. The pool areas were great as well! Loved this condo and recommend it to anyone! Very affordable for such great location! We will be staying there again, for sure!
We had 10 adults stay at this condo for an entire week and had an absolutely wonderful time. With the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths we had no problems with feeling crowded. You can’t beat the views off the deck! The condo had everything we needed. We also rented a dock which made it extremely easy to get out on the boat and enjoy the fantastic lake. You won’t be disappointed when renting this condo.
Jason was very accommodating, professional and always available if needed. He is very attentive to his properties and the very nice, well-kept accommodations reflect that. The place was beautiful on all fronts and my young-teen daughters very much enjoyed the loft area that had a living area and separate bedroom off the loft. In the loft Jason has provided a big couch and TV where they could hang out and watch their own shows while I was downstairs. There is also enough room for sleeping bags up there so they could even sleep on the floor although there were plenty of beds in his spacious place! Thanks Jason for a great stay. I can say I plan a lot of trips for our group of friends and Jason by far has been the best owner to work with; extremely professional, yet down to earth, helpful, and caring. he made sure from start to finish we had everything needed, all questions answered, and followed up with every conversation. The place itself was beautiful – the decor is outstanding. Lastly, that view – worth every penny! I trust this won’t be our last stay at this condo as it was truly spectacular.
We had a fantastic week at Osage Beach. The condo was beautiful, with plenty of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. Our large family could really spread out when we wanted to, but with a large common/living room to get together and enjoy each others company – we loved every minute of it. Jason was excellent to work with. We wholeheartedly recommend this condo for your family.
This is the 3rd stay in this condo. The condo was very comfortable and homey feeling. The kids had a blast playing on the beach, swimming in the lake with the little fish and playing in the pools. We enjoyed fishing off of the dock every evening and morning. The water was too choppy this time for us to rent Seadoos, but we had fun getting away form home. Jason implemented our comments and feedback from last time. Great job again Jason!
About Us
Inspired by the joy of visiting the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, Lake Ozark Vacation Destinations was established in 2007. It didn’t take too much arm-twisting for Jason Boschert to convince his father, Herbert Boschert to invest in a condominium for the family to enjoy amongst themselves and with friends. Jason’s business plan and pitch to his Father included offering the condo to guests as vacation rental property to assist with affordability.
After Jason prepared the marketing and advertising, interest was flowing in at an unexpected pace! By the spring of 2008, the condo had produced a long guest list for the upcoming season.
In June of 2008, tragedy struck the family when Herbert suddenly and unexpectedly passed away. At that time, Jason, his girlfriend Jamie, and his sister & brother-in-law Julie and Michael Williamson decided to maintain the vision that originated with the support of their Father.
Later in 2008, the family realized there was a problem with their business… They had so successfully rented their property that they had to find other places to stay in order to spend time at the lake!
In early 2009, as luck would have it, another condo became available in the same building so the family acquired the property for their expanding business venture. With the second condo, updating and remodeling along with interior design came into play and a niche business was born. Everyone in the family got involved to make the second investment property a success. History would soon repeat itself and the same success experienced with the first property came at no surprise for the second.
Later in 2009, Lake Ozark Vacation Destinations’ YouTube™ advertising video was awarded the Grand Prize Winner of a contest held by the largest and most-popular vacation rental website. This award was a significant achievement because among tens-of-thousands of entries, Lake Ozark Vacation Destinations was down-selected by the website’s leadership and ultimately chosen by travelers who regularly search for vacation properties using the site. The Grand Prize was a $2,000 Vacation to any property in the world offered on the website… The family chose to vacation in their own property; the one that started it all.
In early 2010 came the addition of a third condominium also in the same complex. Once again, updating and remodeling along with interior design were required to bring the property to Lake Ozark Vacation Destination standards. The results of the extra effort have been exceptional!
By late 2010, Lake Ozark Vacation Destinations was prepared to take business to the next level. With an everlasting love for the Lake of the Ozarks supported by the experience, knowledge, and relationships gained, it became time once again, to expand.
